BILTMORE REVISITED, (PART 2)
Biltmore

“I have been through a lot and have suffered a great deal. But I have had lots of happy moments as well. I have come to the conclusion that we must not expect too much from life. We must give to life at least as much as we receive from it. Every moment one lives is different from the other. The good, the bad, the hardship, the joy, the tragedy, love, and happiness are all interwoven into one indescribable whole that is called LIFE. You cannot separate the good from the bad. And, perhaps, there is no need to do so either.”

(JACQUELINE BOUVIER KENNEDY ONASSIS)

Biltmore

Hello again 😉

Time passes by so quickly that I haven’t even realize that a whole week passed since my last post. This post will be again about Biltmore and the pics have been taken at Biltmore Estate, NC. The previous post related to Biltmore, pretty much depicts this wonderful place in general. If you haven’t read it you can do it here.

I would return to this amazing place in a twinkling of an eye, because there is so much peace and beauty. I believe that one must go and spend at least one week in order to fully enjoy this little gem hidden in Ashville, NC. I plan to return in October as the fall here is probably like in a fairy tale.

The second day, I decided to walk around all the gardens, that are one of the reasons why so many tourists come here in the first place. It’s paradise on Earth. Any of the gardens (there are about 9 of them: Library and South terraces, the Italian garden, Shrub garden, Spring Garden, Walled Garden, Rose garden, conservatory, Azalea Garden, and Bass Pond and Boat House) look like they are specially designed for quiet moments of reflection and reveries. Needless to say, the Rose Garden totally conquered me as you will see in the following pictures.

I opted for a royal blue outfit with a pearl collar to reflect the atmosphere of the estate and to express the vibrant colours of the surroundings. Hope I managed to do that and hope that whoever reads this post will enjoy it as well.

Have a beautiful Sunday and enjoy life to the fullest, with all its good and bad!

Always,

Sabina
